North Stradbroke Island

North Stradbroke Island, particularly Amity Point, is a location that is well known for whale watching, as well as its natural beauty. So I decided to design a rebranding of North Stradbroke Island for my assessment. I chose to use a whale as the main focus of the logo, and actually used the map of Straddie to make up its fin. A dear friend of mine suggested the blue and green colour palette while I was contemplating few different colour palettes based off the colours of the coastline.
